Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old labels.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location or contact our concierge team to schedule a home collection for oversized furniture items.
